i think i pretty much agree with all of that - and the land tax in particular

this bloke User Posted Link likes to get up on his horse about it a fair bit

i won't pretend to understand all the details User Posted Link but it sounds 'fairest' to me (and not 'fairest' in the twisted to whichever politician is speaking kind of a way)

loved his book 'Aftershock' too - though it made my head hurt at times
