nobody is spending big money...........

My point is that there are a lot of clubs who could afford a top champs type player..........

yet how many in the prem could afford 35 million for Carroll or 50 million for Torres....... or all the players Man City and Totenham have offered huge money for in the window.

The gap in the prem is massive compared to the gap in the champs...........
