I'm having real issues with internet with virgin at the moment.

I rang them them last night to complain about the drop in speed and service, they told me they had a fault registered and it was down to be fixed by the end of April. I wasn't too chuffed with this so I'm thinking of hopping to sky, will need a bt phoneline though apparently and I'm not sure it's worth the hassle.

Talktalk are awful, they took advantage of my grandma and left her on dial-up for over a year after she requested broadband, shocking service.
