Sometimes "big name" players are not the answer

We had a period of doing the same thing, signing "name" players for quite a few quid.

We have a quality "team", no stars no egos, most of who have played lower leagues for most of their careers.

A collective bunch pulling in the same direction is always better than a group of individuals
