I will say this though, I'm pig sick of Worthington signing good players and then making

them look a laughing stock

Doherty today has proved he isn't the butt of everyones jokes

Brennan got a right load of stick last year because he wasn't in the team, and now is getting some games and isn't half as bad as made out

Charlton is another, that, well maybe it hasn't worked out, but the guy played solidly for Bolton for years, and you don't lose that over a transfer

Worthington did it with Helveg, who was emence for six games for us

He also did it with Safri and he was emence and is now for us

And he did it with Jonson by signing him as a striker, then never playing him there

He's got so many issues with the quality he buys

I was dead chuffed for Doherty today, about time the bulls**t about him stopped. One thing I like about the Rep of Ireland is they pick players without prejudice over league form and club troubles, and have stuck with Doherty

Time Worthington did the same thing

Also ps Clown Wortington, the bloke you got on loan that could have argubly saved your job two years ago, could have argubly done the same thing today by winning you the game. Have a bit of respect for him for a bloody change instead of dropping him for a red card in an away game where your tactics and negativity f**ked us up
