based on what I've read here and elsewhere I think I do know better. There must be a reason why, for instance, Holt was preferred to Safri at Bolton, but if the only answer forthcoming is "you are a bad supporter with a short memory" then I tend not to take it seriously.
Despite the fact that I have such a bad memory I can remember that Saunders, and Bond, and Brown, and Stringer all did good jobs for Norwich City, but yet they ran out of steam and the club was better once they left. It has seemed to me that we reached that position with Worthington some time back and I have said so - hoping to tease out a sensible riposte - but all that ever comes is "keep the faith". Another example - I suggest that a squad with 4 goalkeepers and no right wingers is unbalanced. The answer from one of the Pollyannas on here - Lewis doesn't count and every side needs 3 goalkeepers. How many dod we have when we went up? Or reached the play-offs? In the face of drivel like that I DO know better.
