I think it's unlikely we'll sign Leroy Lita.

Paul Lambert likes his squad to be young, hungry and to have a name similar to someone else in the team (or at least, someone who has recently left). There is no one at the club with a name remotely like Leroy Lita (unless you push it a bit and try to make a case for it sounding a bit like Leon. I'm not convinced that's close enough though.)

Elliott Bennett is perfect however. We already have an Elliott and with the odd tweak of a consonant and vowel, Bennett sounds like Barnett.

I think you'll find this is why Owain Tudur Jones and Jens Berthel Askou are now on loan.
