Bennet handing in a public transfer request.

This is often the last resort after negotiations behind the scences have failed to sway the club that the player wants to leave............

Its normally a sign that Brighton either genuinely want to hang on to him or want more money.

Its very hard for a player to come back from a transfer request with the fans.........
Everyone now knows he is not happy and wants to go.

I know tevez did it but I think his problems are thought to be more family related. (as he gets paid huge wages)

With Bennet its obvious he wants to go to the next level with a much bigger club.

Even if we dont sign him in the window we can still do a loan deal with a view to a permanent transfer.

By handing in a transfer request it saves face for the Brighton chairman and manager...........

I expect him to be a Norwich player soon.

I also think the links with Lita are interesting...........

Might be a sign that Lambert thinks Jackson is not working out how he had hoped and is looking for someone a bit stronger and more proven at this level

Lita seems to have been around a while but is still only 26..........the age range we normally look for.
