I made it all myself, but because I've obviously taken inspiration from the 4-1 image made by Matthew Craven ([url]User Posted Link I asked for his permission before I share the net. Once I've (hopefully) got a yes, I'll stick it up for anyone interested.

(and yes, I know the shirt is back to front - the number 9 is too, but this was just a practice run* and has been fixed.
