it's about the culture of the place - it is about more than if Charlotte Whosesurnameidon'tknow responds in kind to Gray's invitation. If that's the type of behaviour that a women is expected to have to put up with in order to 'fit-in' what happens when a woman comes along that doesn't what to put up with that type of behaviour?

(this is all hypothetical, and not strictly about what Gray did, or Sky Sports itself btw - afterall, what sort of culture would Gray have been part of while he was a footballer? i'd bet what he's been caught for isn't a tenth of what he was used to)
