it is a bit much at times, but the joke Gray made surely made her feel very uncomfortable

making it clear as he did that he wouldn't mind her hand down his trousers. If a very unattractive woman at work said that to a man it'd be just as uncomfortable.
Not bd enough to make an official complaint, but certainly I would if it kept happening
