Let me just say I totally agree with almost all he has to say.
The job the board has done has been nothing but incredible over the past 18 months.
His one worry is the plan for promotion, relegation and promotion again.
On his paper review on sky sports news today, Mick Dennis mentioned the situation at Norwich but posted a gloomier picture than is the reality.

The relevent bit is around 3 mins 35 secs in.....
He suggested the central funds income at LG1 level was 1 million, 4 million in the champs and then 40 million for bottom of the Prem.
But then he said it then goes back to 4 million in the champs.............
Well it doesn't, does it!
Thats the point of parachute payments.
I think relegated teams get around 18 million in their first year, not too bad. (50 million over 4 years total)
A lot better than the 4 million a year we currently get!
The board also have to budget for relegation within the playing budget.
They have to have contracts based on the LG we are playing in.
I personally have much greater faith that the current board could handle a year in the prem and the next year in the champs far better than the last chairman and CE.
The bottom line is that a year in the prem would wipe down most of our debts.
That kind of stability would allow us to build for the future.
