I think age takes the edge off it

Plus the fact that we've seen it all before

But the lows of being a City supporter are etched at least as clearly on my mind as the highs - the agony of relegation in 95 from a seemingly impregnable position; losing the play off final shoot out after being a goal up; the abject rubbish under Hamilton and Roeder; losing the League Cup finals in 73 and 75 ... dreadful, gutwrenching moments.
