npower are scum

wouldn't surprise me if they have mixed your bills up with someone else's.

You should well look into that, a ?200 increase is just f**kin stupid.

What's more than likely is they have changed you over to another (much more expensive) tariff and haven't told you about it. They done it with us as apparently it would be to much effort to inform each customer about the change.

Get on the blower to them and give them hell, if not just leave and go with someone else.
