Finally I've defeated my bank!

I've been battling with these f**kers for over a year over commissions the bastards have charged me on a free trial account. The shylocks have ignored my mails, not returned my calls, accused me of lying and continued charging me commission - 300 quid on a s**tty current account ffs.
I send one mail to the regional bank director who I met at a conference and now they're all grovelling at my feet. I plan on kicking them a few times while they squirm and tell me they love it
