Rebuff the planning application. And I also think that 36,000 capacity is about 4-6 thousand too many. If we get to the Prem and stay a couple of seasons and put a new tier up bringing the capacity to 36k, we will probably only fill that maybe twice a season, four at best.

We won't be the first provincial club to get ideas above their station though.
