I'm going back to yoga in the next couple of weeks dubs

been a while, like 10 years or so (I used to go to control anxiety, until I learnt the exercises to chill in a situation)

But I'm gonna make myself go a couple of times a week. 2 hour switch offs, twice a week, relaxed state, reset type body conditioning sessions.

Think it might be something you'd benefit from?
