don't panic, keep calm and carry on

1) we can refuse permission to talk - think McNasty?
2) I really think he won't fancy it. Smaller crowds, less long term prospects
3) leaving Colchester for us is one thing but you don't want two of those on your CV in the space of 18 months.
4) may be the catalyst for the board to release some funds now (if they haven't already done so) to help keep him and push on
5) you can't talk to the press about building something and how the players have given everything etc. then not back it up with your own loyalty. In Lambert we trust.
