Calm down, he's not going anywhere....

David McNally personally headhunted Paul Lambert - he knew him from his time at Celtic and they have an extremely good working relationship.

Burnley want Lambert and they can undoubtedly offer him more money - I think it's this, rather than any tip-off that Lambert wants to leave, that has made them think this could be a goer. However, Lambert wasn't interested in the Burnley job a year ago when they were IN the Premier League....he's not daft, he knows that in a couple of years he can pick his job.

So relax!
