So if they have a good squad..............

and he is proven he can do something with a quality squad....... seems like a good fit.

Obviously Hughton is not confirmed as a top manager.....he would be getting Prem offers....... thats why a bigger champs club is a good fit for him.

If he is hanging on for a Prem club he will find himself in the wilderness like Alan Curbishly.

Hughton has to establish himself as a top manager by taking another club up.
Burnley looks the perfect oppotunity.

Where as Crystal Palace or Preston look terrible situations.
