Any time spent doing this is money lost..............

Not sure how many they have preplaced in previous seasons but if they replace 300 a year and it takes a guy average of 1 hour of time to process the loss and issue a new ticket (plus material /equipment costs)
Thats a lot of time/money.

Also what about the fraud problem?

If there wasnt a big problem the club would not have done anything about it.

The fact is they must have gotten a ton of requests and were concerned about the costs and also fraud.

The best way to combat this is to charge a 50 for a new ticket.

Hopefully some people will be more careful in the future.
