Probably costs the club more the $5 to issue a replacement

If you factor in time/equipment ect ect ect.

Not sure why the club should be paying for peoples stupidity.

The fact it costs a 50 to replace will make people take more care of them......

Also makes it less cost effective to....... errrr....... share them.
