I stay up and think I will watch the first 1/2 an hour, then I think might as well

watch to the next drinks break, then Lunch, I then go to bed can't sleep and think lunch break is over, I then go back downstairs and try to sleep with 1 eye open, plus I am depriving Mrs Loj of my bootiful body next to her.
