Thats what makes me scratch my head at some of the sackings.

There doesnt seem to be any long term plan at board level.

Thats what makes it so refreshing with the job McNally and the board have done.
They have a clear long term plan with no knee jerk reactions.

The sacking of Gunn may have looked a bit knee jerk but when you look at the context they felt they gave him a chance and the club were not going in the direction they wanted.

After we won 4-0 at Yeovil in the LG cup it would have been so easy to stick with Gunn.
They stuck by their feelings that he wasnt the right man going forward.
