Maybe that's the thing then

If someone else said something I disagreed with it would never get to the stage where it all kicks off as no one else on here is so arrogant to think that any other opinion apart from theirs is wrong, unlike pants. No matter what people say, 99% of the users on here are decent people (and I can say that as I have met many of them)

For me it's the same with banter with him (before it goes to far) it's fine when everyone else is doing it, then he gets involved and it all kicks off, coicend

This is what I mean though, you never seem to understand why all these people (and lets be honest, it's more than 3 people) get into rucks with him. I agree it does sometimes get a bit silly, but for you to come on and just automatically say that it's 3 people who are picking on him is wrong imo.
