except that after xmas dinner I tend to go for quite a long walk - either with my girls and dog, or by myself with 3rd Gen iPod (if i had a ? for everyone i showed what an ipod was to back in 2003 when no one else had one, I'd have about ?35 by now!) - just to get some fresh air and walk off din-dins.
