My morning so far:

07:22 Sleeping happily.

07:23 Woken up by bin men. This is very good news as they normally come tomorrow when I won't be here and it would mean waiting a month to change this particular bin. Dash out in jimjams and slippers and the binmen who are now halfway down the road come and collect them. (They are very nice and not at all Ipswich like.)

07:30 Return to bed happy thinking This is going to be a good day and then realise I've trodden in something nasty and carried it through the house.

08:00 House cleaned and rubbish gone so feeling up on things.
