Except for the ONE major difference......
labour wanted to continue to spend their way out of trouble (yeah right!) hoping we wouldnt actually run out of money before they turned things around.
the tories want to cap spending, and only spend on vital services and/or invest in sustainable projects, getting rid of the deadwood and needlas costly red tape in the public sector.
