Why did the Norwich City retail department take so long to react and stock Grant Holt derby day memorabilia?

Do you not think that NCFC should have struck whilst the iron was hot and released products urgently so they could have been purchased for Christmas presents?

Valuable revenue has been lost and I think your so called Retail Manager should be held to account at the next Board Meeting.
