On Lambert.............

Having seen how little time prem clubs are giving managers these days I doubt he will see many oppotunities that are as stable as this one.

If he takes us from LG1 to the Prem he will have the pick of the bigger clubs.

Hodgson had to do well with Fulham in the LG and Europe to get the bigger job.

Martin O'Neil did well with Celtic to get the bigger job.

As for managers, if any of the prem clubs are looking to change we currently have Martin O'Neil, Big Sam and Chris Hughton out of work.
Thats a lot of quality/experience that would probably get the nod ahead of Lambert.
(not saying its right BTW)

We keep forgetting the real plan is to consolidate by getting over 50 points this season and then hopefully build a squad to get promotion within the next 2-3 years.

If it happens before then, that would be truely amazing.
