We gave up - it was absolute f**king chaos! Spent ?300 on staying to try and sort stuff
out. Original flight was cancelled. Last ditch attempt yesterday - got to T3 to be told we would not be allowed in because we didn't have tickets for a flight that was leaving that day (us and 350million others).
