I was really looking forward to it but it didn't grab me as much as I thought it would.

Maybe I like "King of Kong" better because as a kid I could relate to game playing nerds rather than art nerds.

In King of Kong, Billy Mitchell being a douche seemed really funny. Especially surrounded by his nerd friends and his percieved enemies.

What they do (game nerds) will never be "cool" which makes it anorak funny.

ETTGS just comes off as pretentious funny, which is OK.
I just cant relate to the subject to be honest.
