I have been catching up on a few decent ones.
Here are some I recently watched, Some are new, some a bit older.
Unstoppable- great action picture, really well put together.
The Town- good mob/crime movie, again well done, a bit predictable though.
Up in the Air- Good romantic type comedy, good for what it is.
Repo Man- interesting idea but kind of depressing futuristic movie.
Machete- pretty entertaining in the "TV batman" type style with added blood and gore. Some pretty funny moments.
I love you Phillip Morris- good movie that has a pretty big twist near the start. Dont read about it before watching.
Get him to the Greek- good saturday night movie after a few drinks. Some pretty funny moments.
Wall Street Money never sleeps- isn't quite like the trailer, not bad, worth watching.
The Other guys- nice twist near the start of the movie, some funny interactions with Will Ferrell.
If you dont like him you probbaly won't like this movie.
Harry Brown- violent movie that shows the dark underbelly of British life. Really well done.
Casino Jack- a movie about Jack Abramoff, pretty amazing true story. Kevin Spacey is really excellent in the role.
Exit through the gift shop- was a little bit dissapointed as I was expecting big things from this docu-movie.
IMHO "King of Kong" is a much better movie in this "is it real" style.
Anyone seen anything good lately?
I havn't seen "The Kings Speech" yet, I am assuming its good given the reviews.
