Lower Barclay blocks D and E and top half of away fans AT THE VERY LEAST should be standing. It's complete bollocks to say standing is more dangerous than sitting. Hillsborough was caused by inadequate ticketing controls and stupid policing, not by standing. I accept some prefer to sit to watch and don't want standers in front of them but they can buy seats in the rest of the ground. /rant
