Lambert is god

And that is what impresses me so much about Lambert. He seems to be able to motivate players when they aren't in the frame - the expression "out of favour" doesn't come into it. And unlike some managers, say Clough, the motivation seems not to be based on fear or intimidation but is far more positive. Week in and week out, he gets the very best out of players who, on paper, shouldn't really be performing at this level. RMs stats this week being a case in point.
