Lambert's post-match interview

and i quote

"Grant is every bit as important as everybody else in that dressing room and if we are going to survive we are going to need everybody."

The guy is a f'ing genius. Stating that we are aiming simply to survive, absolutely not talking about promotion, and putting pressure on the players.

I honestly think, with the benefit of time, Lambert will turn out to be our best manager of the modern era.
