I think that the cutting of a persons hair is a very personal experience akin to the very creation of life itself and the birthing process. I know that some men find it a oddly stressful situation. The gentle wobble of a pretty ladies fullsome bosom with a pert pair of nipples would relax the gentlemans hair thereby effecting a more precise cut.
