The fact is nobody died in this situation because people were armed at the council chambers.

He was shot before he could kill anyone.

A madman could get hold of a gun in the UK if they really wanted too...............

Nobody could stop them in most situations.

For your info, due to the vastness of the country a lot of people live between 30 mins and 2 hours away from a law inforcement response.
There is a need for personal security when you cannot depend on the police to protect you.
