Of the players mentioned he really doesnt seem to fancy JBA and OTJ, maybe its the three part names?

I also think he doesnt rate Nelson that highly.

His gameplan on the younger players is to loan them out to see if they have what it takes.

If they cant cut it in LG2 then obviously the top half of champs is a step too far.

If fall away to mid table the 2nd half of the season I would expect Lambert to give a number of the younger players a run out on the big stage.

Still not 100% sure Lambert is sold on John Ruddy going forward.
Rudd and Steer look like great options, if we stay with Ruddy then either will have to be loaned out pretty soon.

I do expect a few players to leave in the transfer window, especially if we bring in 2 or 3 more players as been hinted at.

If we get a striker then Oli will either leave or go out on loan.
