i think this is what glazer is planning

using the popularity of the man u academy he'll get the pick of the crop of the next generation of footballers. He'll then loan them out to all the other teams in the division and pocket the cash. Man U will be run as a 'las galacticos' of the best players and a few 'image' signings to keep the kids interested.
