hello deer

please can you help me with my lower case deer facts?

i didnt know for example that venison is a generic term for the meat of any wild mammal taken for grub by hunting.

of course, now i know that. ^^ look

also, i didn't know but do now, is that (depending on the species) deer venison has different taste. apparently roe deer is venison for beginners. what is your favourite deer for eating purposes?
