To clarify, OG, that is the average of the last 12 seasons in Tier 2.

03/04 (39) was obvious, but who remembered 02/03 (also 39), 01/02 (36) and 98/9 (also 36).

Lest we forget, recent seasons show up at the bottom end of the range rather too frequently!
