Slightly ambiguous question though. 12 seasons goes back to 1998 chronologically, but when you say "last 12 seasons at this level" you might mean "last 12 seasons in which we've been the league below the top league", which would exclude last season and our prem season

Anyway, taking it as just back to 1998 I'm going for .... 27
