are the lost revenue from not filling the ground. I beleive that for the Plymouth game the attendance was only 23000, a couple of thousand short of full attendance, granted the game was on Sky but we usually don't have a problem selling all the tickets.

Also i know that club merchandise sales have slumped dramatically since our poor run started this season.
