tied it. lovely old norfolk boy about 80 who can cycle incredibly slowly and wears a flat cap. mad as f**k. "oive put yer wheeler bin back for yer tombs". ive never asked him to do this and i dont know why he does it. some people are really nice and helpful but utterly mad. look out for them and be careful.
