and the stats they've tried to use to justify closing that programme:
"One in three pupils did not take part in internal school competition"

So 2 in 3 are now entering internal sports competitions. That's pretty f*cking impressive. And they're scrapping it purely out of dogma (and because Gove is inept). Outrageous.
