In every game that we have conceded a goal Flemming has played.

It doesn't matter who he is teamed with, Worthington has played 5/6 players with him we still leak goals.

I spot a consitent factor there somewhere

What we need to try is 2 defenderes without Fleming not 2 defenders one of whom must always be Fleming.
