all the 'collusion' allegations have involved those two so it will look like they are true.
And the Spain/Portugal bid has made no attempt to even pretend to be about the good of football etc., their whole attitude suggests "look we all know it's about dodgy deals done in secret but there's nothing you can do about it so we don't care". I can at least see some valid reason for having it in Russia.
Quatar would be a TERRIBLE choice (personally I hope it's the US, because the time difference thing means none of the games will be during working hours UK time.
