Signings

Worthington's signings were superb up to the point where we were planning for the Premiership. Of all the signings only Bentley and Helveg slightly excited me (ooer). Then we sold Malky and Doherty came in and I had to wonder what was going on. Ashton's signing was superb but at the end of the day it was quite a no-brainer, although credit to the board for coming up with ?3m for a risky transfer. The signings this season have been crap too. I still think Hughes wades in with too many studs showing. And replacing Shackell with Davenport instead of Fleming, lord help us all...
