Dunno. EtuWho seemed to be on the case. But mattinlondon isn't around much.

I'd be happy to put up a simple PayPal ordering page on the site if there's enough demand and the designer is interested.
I think that's a good idea. Will make all the difference.

I saw somewhere someone suggest proceeds go to Movember charity which seems like a good idea.
